These terms govern your use of the Nexidex website and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use crypto services in your country. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password and authenticator codes secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Identity verification is required to withdraw funds.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Send only the supported coin on the selected network. Funds sent to a wrong network or address may be lost and cannot always be recovered. Withdrawals may be reviewed before they are processed, and network fees apply.
4. Trading, futures and Earn
Orders are executed at market prices or your limit price. Futures use leverage and positions may be liquidated. Earn rates are not guaranteed and may change. Fees are shown before you confirm an action.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Nexidex for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, sanctions evasion or any illegal activity. We may restrict or close accounts involved in such activity.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by market movements, user error, third-party networks or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
