This policy explains what personal data Nexidex collects, why we use it and how we protect it.
Data we collect
Account data (email, nickname, password hash), identity verification data (name, date of birth, country, document details, document photos, selfie and video), transaction and trading history, and technical data such as IP address and browser type for active sessions.
How we use it
To provide and secure your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, prevent fraud, send service emails (verification codes, deposit and withdrawal notifications) and meet legal obligations.
Storage and access
Verification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and authorized compliance staff. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only when required by law, to prevent fraud, or with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile in account settings, download your account statement, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Cookies
We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in and local browser storage for preferences such as language and favorites. We do not use advertising cookies.
